Refund and Returns Policy
Order Cancellation:
You may cancel any order before it is dispatched by contacting us via email at sales@jordec.uk or by calling us. Please note that a restocking charge may be applied for cancelled orders.
Returns Policy:
If you have over-ordered or no longer require a product, you may return it within 14 days of the invoice date for a minimum restocking fee of 20%. The goods must be in unused, boxed, original condition to qualify for a refund. Please ensure that all leads, connectors, manuals, and accessories are included with the returned product.
Warranty:
Our standard warranty for products is 1 year, with the exception of some products. The warranty covers equipment failure due to defects or malfunctions and does not cover damage from mishandling, incorrect installation, improper use, or acts of nature.
Hikvision products have a warranty of 2 years with the same terms and conditions.
7-Day Returns Policy:
We offer a 7-day no quibble guarantee for returns from the date of invoice. A full credit will be issued for returned goods that are in new condition and boxed as sold. Please note that carriage costs will not be credited for returns within the 7-day period.
Please ensure that all returned items are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit and include all original accessories. Any items received damaged or in unsatisfactory condition will not be covered under warranty. It is important to attach the returns form securely to the box when returning goods.
Processing Returned Items:
After testing the faulty equipment, we will repair, replace, or refund the value of the product at our discretion. If the product is outside the warranty period or returned damaged, a repair or replacement may be provided for a fee. Items returned in unsatisfactory condition may be subject to a handling charge.
Please note that special order and customised products are non-returnable, but exceptions may be made at our discretion with a 20% restocking charge.
